During the Officer Training Conference in August the Board of Directors recognized individual chapters for outstanding performances during the 2008-2009 school year.

- Campus Outreach - Texas A&M University
- Membership Retention - Stephen F. Austin University
- Alumni Relations - Southwestern University
- Financial Excellence - Angelo State University & Sam Houston State University
- Chapter Spirit - Mississippi State University
During the 2010 Spring semester each chapter will have the opportunity to complete an awards application to be considered for the 2009-2010 Chapter Awards Ceremony.
