Explanation of donations, categories and disclaimers
Sigma Phi Lambda, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization. All donations to the national offices are tax deductible and documentation of all donations will be furnished to the donor.
Chapters of Sigma Phi Lambda are classified as 501(c)7 organizations. Donations directly to chapters are not tax deductible. Chapters are also not exempt from sales tax.
