It MADE my college experience, and I am still greatly blessed to be a part of it."

Sarah Henze, Treasurer

Sarah was in UT Phi Lamb from 97-01 and had the pleasure to serve as Rush Captain, Favors Chair and Vice President. Since her days in Austin, Sarah has been busy… After grad school at Baylor, she moved to Dallas and now works in wealth management. Sarah has served as the board treasurer since 2005 and most enjoys the chance to meet current members at retreats and chapter visits! In her free time, Sarah enjoys serving in the singles ministry at her church, shopping at Northpark mall and traveling whenever she gets the chance. Sarah’s latest project is slowly remodeling her house.

Favorite Things: Diet Dr. Pepper with vanilla, boys in pink dress shirts, and sleeping in on Saturdays. Pet peeves: Being bare foot, boys with no manners, and bad drivers.

Tobi McMillan

Tobi has been involved with Phi Lamb at Texas Tech since she pledged in 1992 and has loved every minute of it. As an active member she served as pledge trainer and chaplain and then served on the Alumni Council for the chapter from 2002 to 2006.

Tobi attended Tech for both her undergraduate and graduate work in Multidisciplinary Science. After graduating from Tech, she remained in Lubbock and taught high school science for nine years and then spent two years training both teachers and undergraduate students in science education. This year she is returning to her true passion of teaching high school; she will be teaching Senior Seminar, a course primarily geared toward preparing students for college and career options following high school. When she’s not doing Phi Lamb stuff or working, she loves to hang out with friends, read, write, travel, drink hot tea, and rollerblade.

Leslie Moore

Leslie West Moore pledged Phi Lamb at UT in the fall of 1992.  She had the opportunity to serve with a friend as the first ever Edification Chair and then as Treasurer.  Leslie is happy to still live in Austin with her husband Jonathan, Lewis the Bullmastiff and Ponce the giant black cat. Leslie also volunteers through the Junior League and several ministries at her church. She and Jonathan spend their free time traveling, reading, watching movies and riding bikes.  Leslie has served Phi Lamb nationally since 2008 and is happy to be active again in the organization which helped her grow so much both as a Christian and as a woman during her college years and gave her many lifelong friends.

Hillarie Smith, Chairperson

Hillarie lives in Austin, TX.

Hillarie graduated from Texas Tech University in 2001 with a Multi-Disciplinary Studies degree and taught middle school math for 3 years. She has been married to her husband, Donald, for 10 years and they have two sons.

Some of Hillarie’s favorite things: to spend time with her guys, run at the lake, sing in worship to the Lord, play the piano, pray, and hang out with family and friends.  Hillarie has been involved with Phi Lamb since she pledged in 1998. She served as worship leader and chaplain while an active member of Phi Lamb, then served on Tech’s Alumni Council from 2002-2006. Phi Lamb has been a place of tremendous growth, encouragement, and friendship in her life. She prays that the Lord will continue to bless Phi Lamb with a spirit of unity, so that with one heart and mouth we may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Cassie lives in The Woodlands Texas. She served as vice president of Phi Lamb from 1999-2001. She served on the Alumni Council from 2002-2007.  Cassie is a general contractor and loves remodeling homes.  Some of her favorite things to do are: being outside with her family, spending time with people, serving where needed and swimming.  She has a 7 year old son Cadence, 3 year old girl Greenley and an awesome husband Jason.

It is Cassie’s prayer that God will bless Phi Lamb, that it may grow, spread like fire and that MANY girls, for MANY generations, will be able to experience the sisterhood and fellowship that she did. She prays for Phi Lamb regularly and always looks forward to more candle lights being spread.

“Phi Lamb gave more to me then I will ever be able to give to it. Thank you so much for this amazing opportunity to serve you. Love & Light, Cassie”
